This is my second time in ROX, and again, I had an exceptional stay at ROX Hotel in Istanbul, Turkey, and I can't praise it enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home. The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short walk from the Airport Outlet Center, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The rooms were spacious, and the bed was not only comfortable but also quite large, ensuring a great night's sleep. The icing on the cake was the wonderful view from my room, which added an extra layer of charm to my stay. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a generously sized shower with multiple shower heads. It's the little details like this that truly enhance the overall experience. Breakfast – it was a delightful spread with a wide variety of options to choose from. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or something lighter, they've got you covered. One standout feature of ROX Hotel is the staff. They were incredibly helpful and informative, and even when faced with tricky English questions, they'd use Google Translate to ensure I received the right answer. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is commendable. I also had the pleasure of dining at the onsite restaurant, and it didn't disappoint. The menu offered a diverse range of choices, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, I can't give ROX Hotel enough praise. It's a gem in Istanbul, and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. If you're planning a trip to Istanbul, I highly recommend ROX Hotel for its exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, delicious food, and convenient location. Value for money Two thumbs up.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, the receptionists were very friendly, polite and professional and helped is with all requests we had. The hotel is located on the opposite side of the Natural clinic and was ideal for us as we came for treatment. The shopping center , restaurants and cafes are within the walking distance from the hotel.

The room was spacious. Big comfortable bed. Location was perfect for what I needed to do in Istanbul (surgery). Staff were always very accomodating. The housekeeper Emine was the most lovely kindest lady to me. Always greeting me with hugs and kind words. She made my stay 10 times better. Nice buffet breakfast variety. I would definitely stay here again.

it was very spacious and had every thing you might need for a stay in a city. I came for surgery and therefore looked for hotels near to the clinic, which was really in the middle of no where. However the Rox hotel really made it all very easy for us. the staff were extremely polite and friendly, often already knowing what it is you needed/wanted without having to ask. The rooms were cleaned and beds and sheets changed daily and housekeepers very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant every day as there was so much variety and the food was delicious ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to others! We had a suit, so our room was separate from the main area, the only thing I would say is that the empty spaces could be used better… more/bigger furniture.

I like breakfast and its food, bakery is very tasty. A bed is comfortable and big. Cleaning is regular. Prices in the restaurant are reasonable.

Great Staff. Near to some Outlet shopping mall 5 to 8 min walk. My taxi didn't showed up, the hotel staff directly booked me a cab. thanks to all ROX staff.
